read the terms and conditions, prior to using the Gift of Ireland website. Your
continued use of the website is an unconditional acceptance of the below terms
and conditions.
Currency
All
units of currency within this website are US Dollars or Euro's
Refund
policy
If
you receive a damaged item, or are not happy with the product. You are entitled
to cancel within seven days of receipt of the product, providing that all
original packaging is intact. Please return the product in its original
packaging to Gift of Ireland. (See address below).
We will then send a replacement item, or alternatively refund the
purchase price to your credit card, upon conferring with you.
Customer
service.
If
you have any queries, regarding our products, services, or complaints. Please
contact our customer service department via Email: sales@giftofireland.com
or by Telephone: 001 353 87 214 8359. We aim, to answer all complaints on the
day, they are made.
Payment
Processing.
We
use PAYPAL, a world leader in third party payment processing, to process all our
online payments. Personal financial
details are never shown to Giftofireland.com staff. For further information

Delivery
details:
All
of our products are delivered by post, and will take approximately 5-9 working
days. This may differ due to circumstances outside of our control.
Out
of Stock:
If
one of our items that you have purchased is out of stock, we shall contact you,
with details, when delivery will be possible or possible alternatives. If the
date is not suitable, a refund will be initiated.
Product content
and specification.
All
specifications, content, features, products
and prices of products and/or services are liable to change at anytime, at the
discretion of Gift of Ireland. While we endeavour to be accurate, all terms of
weight, descriptions and measure are approximate and are given for your
convenience only. Gift of Ireland do not warrant that that product description,
images, specification, or site content, is error free, accurate, current or up
to date. If you feel that the product does not match the description, your only
option is to return it in its original condition.
Orders.
We
reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service, and to accept
or refuse custom. We also reserve the right, to seek additional information from
a customer or about a customer, such as a credit rating, prior to accepting or
delivering an order. The inclusion of a product on the site, does not guarantee,
that the product is in stock or still for sale, through gift of Ireland. By
placing your order, you agree Gift of Ireland’s total liability, under any
claim or legal theory, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to
Gift of Ireland for the product giving rise to Gift of Ireland’s liability. An
order acknowledgement is not a contract and is not an acceptance of an order,
but only a recording of your request to purchase a product or service from Gift
of Ireland.
