do I get for my contribution?
A
An Oak tree will be planted to honour your chosen recipient. The details
with the specific tree number, will be entered in to out tree registry.
The tree will have a name plaque, in the name of the person. You will receive
a photograph of your tree and a memorial certificate

we see our tree when we are in Ireland?
A Of
Course! The site is open to visits, as long as prior notification is given.
Q Where
will my tree be located?
A Your
tree will be located in Co. Cork, at our dedicated site. North Cork is famous
for its traditional Irish music, and its vibrant culture. The site has been
owned by our family for over 200 hundred years.
Q What size are the trees?
A
The tree's that we plant are approximately 4-5 feet tall. Oak trees grow quite
rapidly in there first five years. In time, the tree's will grow to between
60-90 feet and live to between 500 - 900 years.
Q When
will my tree be planted?
A We
have spare trees, throughout the year and we also plant twice a year, at
seasonal planting times. Spring and Fall, however we always have a surplus to
meet our customer needs at other

Q How will my "Piece of home -
Irish earth" arrive?
A Your Irish earth will arrive sealed
in polythene bags and will be delivered by your postal serivce.
Q Will customs have a problem with my earth
gift
A No, we closely follow US Dept. of
Agriculture regulations on the importation of soil, all our soil gifts are
compliant. We have spent several months conferring with US authorities, to
ensure that their stringent requirements are met.

A Gift of Ireland ships primarily from
Ireland, but some of our products are dispatched from US centers.
Q Do prices include shipping?
A Yes. Shipping is included in the
prices on the website.
Q Are there any additional costs?
A The prices quoted on this website are
for the product supplied and includes the shipping costs to most locations in
the US and Europe. Gift of Ireland do not add on any additional charges,
however you may have additional local charges, ie Govt. VAT,
